Flatty Wap is a bold new NYC-inspired fast casual wrap concept launching at One Raffles Place in June 2026. We have a fully developed brand and a concept that's genuinely different in Singapore's F&B landscape.
We're not looking for someone to manage a content calendar. We're looking for someone who wants to build something - someone who will grow with the brand from day one and eventually own the marketing function entirely.
This is a rare opportunity for a fresh graduate to work directly with founders, take real creative ownership, and build a portfolio on a brand that has the identity and ambition to go regional.
What You'll Do
- Film, edit and publish short-form content for Instagram and TikTok - daily and weekly
- Shoot on iPhone at our One Raffles Place outlet during service and behind the scenes
- Build and manage our content calendar working closely with the Creative Directors
- Execute campaigns around new wrap launches, limited drops, and brand moments
- Manage our Instagram and TikTok communities - responding, engaging, growing
- Support broader marketing strategy
- Track content performance and bring ideas to the table based on what's working
- Grow into a full Marketing Strategist role as the brand expands
What We're Looking For
- Fresh graduate or final-year student from a recognised Singapore university or polytechnic - Marketing, Communications, Media, Business or related field
- You already create content - show us your Instagram, TikTok or any personal work
- Comfortable with CapCut or similar editing tools
- Instinctive understanding of what makes content stop the scroll
- Hunger to learn, take ownership and be part of building something real
- Singaporean or PR - this is a full-time permanent role
- Available to start by June 2026
