Marketing Content Creator

Are you a foodie with a lens for detail and a knack for coordination Chicken Pie Kitchen & Don Signature Crab is looking for a creative storyteller who can handle a camera as well as they handle a conversation.

We need someone to turn our signature dishes into viral content and ensure our brand is front-and-centre at every shopping mall we call home.

What You'll Be Doing

1. Content Production (The Creative Side)

• Shoot & Edit: Concept, film, and edit high-quality short-form videos (Reels, TikToks, Shorts) and mouth-watering photography.

• Platform Management: Manage and grow our community across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Telegram, and Xiao Hong Shu (小红书).

• Trend Spotting: Stay ahead of social media trends and meme culture to keep our brand relevant.

• Copywriting: Write punchy, engaging captions in both English and Mandarin (where required).

2. Mall & Partner Liaison (The Coordinator Side)

• Mall Marketing: Act as the main point of contact for Shopping Mall Management teams.

• Visibility: Coordinate with malls to get our promotions featured on their digital directories, social media pages, and shopper apps.

• Campaign Execution: Ensure all mall-specific marketing materials (posters, standees, digital assets) are delivered and displayed correctly.

• Influencer Hosting: Coordinate and host foodies and influencers for media tastings.

Who We Are Looking For

• The Visual Storyteller: You have a good eye for food styling and lighting. You know exactly how to capture the perfect cheese pull or a steaming hot pie.

• The Tech-Savvy Editor: Proficient in video / photo editing andAdobe Creative Suite.

• The Communicator: You are organised and professional when dealing with external partners and mall managements.

• The Self-Starter: You don't wait for a script. You see a fresh batch of crabs or pies and you're already hitting Record.

• Language: Bilingualism (English & Mandarin) is highly preferred to manage our Xiao Hong Shu presence and communicate with various partners.
