Key Responsibilities
1. Marketing & Branding
. Assist in the development and execution of marketing plan and marketing campaigns
. Coordinate production of videos and digital content
. Manage social media (SoMe) content and publishing
. Develop sales enablement materials and presentations
. Ensure brand consistency and messaging across all communication channels
2. Internal Communications
. Draft executive communications, including speeches and key messages
. Content creation for Sharepoint site and other internal platforms
. Identify and manage submissions for awards and recognition programs
. Support organization of leadership visits, town halls and employee engagement initiatives
3. External Communications
. Prepare executives for conferences, panels, and keynote engagements
. Support media interactions, including interview preparation and coordination
. Assist in the planning and execution of external and customer-facing events
4. Strategy and CEO Office Support
. Collaborate cross-functionally on strategic communications and key regional projects
. Provide ad hoc support on projects and initiatives within the CEO Office
Requirements
. Minimum 2 years of experience in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
. Strong writing, editing, and presentation skills
. Creative mindset and design skill will be a plus
. Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
. Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
. High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
. Proactive, adaptable, and able to work with senior stakeholders
