You'll be responsible for driving the strategic planning and execution of marketing communications campaigns across PR, social media, and content. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll work closely with our founders and team to shape how our clients show up across channels.
What You'll Be Doing
- Develop and execute integrated marketing communications strategies for clients across PR, social media, and content marketing
- Lead social media strategy, content calendars, and community management for client accounts
- Plan and manage end-to-end social media campaigns, including content creation, scheduling, reporting, and optimisation
- Write compelling copy for press releases, social media posts, articles, newsletters, and marketing collateral
- Manage influencer and KOL engagement programmes, from identification and outreach to campaign delivery
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors on event activations, media engagements, and content production
- Monitor and report on campaign performance, media coverage, and social media analytics with actionable insights
- Support new business pitches with strategic input, proposals, and presentation materials
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to the development of internal processes and workflows
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing communications, PR, or social media management (agency experience strongly preferred)
- Strong understanding of Singapore's media and social media landscape
- Proven track record of managing social media accounts and campaigns for brands
- Excellent writing and editing skills in English ability to adapt tone and style for different platforms and audiences
- Experience with influencer/KOL management and campaign coordination
- Comfortable working across multiple client accounts simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with social media tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, TikTok Business Centre, scheduling and analytics platforms)
- Strong project management skills and attention to detail
- A genuine interest in brands, culture, and what makes content resonate
Nice to Have
- Experience with media monitoring and social listening tools (e.g., Truescope, Meltwater)
- Basic design skills (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) for quick-turnaround content
- Experience managing paid social campaigns and digital ad buys
- Bilingual capabilities (English and Mandarin) for Chinese-language media or social content
