Job Description

1. Communications Strategy and Management

. Supports the implementation of internal and external communication strategies for the Company.

. Supports in copyedit, proofread, and revise communications and distribute executive messages, prepares presentations and internal memos, and creates platforms to share information.

. Handles enquiries from external stakeholders sent through the website, social media, phone calls, emails etc and manages requests for media and research interview.

. Corresponds with external stakeholders on matters related to publicity and communications.

. Supports and assists appointed media spokespersons in the Company to prepare message and key points.

. Performs damage control in cases of bad publicity and facilitate the resolution of disputes with the public or external vendors.

. Monitors and reports on traditional and social media engagement.

2. Branding and Marketing

. Develops concepts, graphics and layouts for Trybe programs/services illustrations, collaterals, websites and social media platforms.

. Creates videos and edits film pieces that will enhance the work that Trybe does.

. Administrates the creation and publishing of relevant, original, high-quality contents on Trybe's website, social media platforms and other public facing and internal platforms.

. Manages all outbound and inbound marketing activities by demonstrating expertise in various areas such as content development and optimization, advertising, events planning etc.

. Supports the development of marketing campaigns, from ideation to execution.

3. Events Management

. Assist in planning and organising Division-led events (fundraising events, campaigns etc)

4. Ensure work goals are aligned with Division goals

. Responsible in achieving Division goals.

. Provides flexible support to the Division based on priorities.

5. Financial Management

. Manages budget as assigned.

6. Others

. General/adhoc duties or projects which will be assigned, from time to time.

Requirements:

- Educational Level: Degree, in Mass Communication, Marketing or equivalent.

- Experience: At least 2 years experience in Public Relations, Corporate Communication or equivalent.

- Skills: Marketing and communications, design and video editing and project management. Candidate must be good in MS Offices and proficient in Adobe design and editing softwares.

- Character: Candidate must be a driven independent worker who is able to work well in a team, manage tight deadlines and pressure, while still produce excellence results. Candidate must also be positive and able to relate with people well.
