Marketing Communications Executive – Oil & Gas (Contract – Labrador Park)
Our Client is a leading provider of chemical and energy solutions in Singapore and the Asia Pacific region.
SCOPE OF WORK
- Responsible to manage social media account (Facebook)
- Facebook Social management
- Facebook creative and copy review
- Manage Facebook mini-game
- Collaborate with Call center to coordinate responses
- Coordinate Facebook shoot (video / static)
- Facebook Performance review meeting
- Community management
2.Responsible for pricing and localized tactical promotion as required
3.Lead ongoing alignment between 3rd-party, agencies and internal Stakeholders to manage campaign deliverables, work includes but not limited to :-
- Prepare briefs to agency
- Review marketing materials
- Coordinate with 3rd party, agency and site operators on campaign execution
- Handle events and tradeshows
- Third party joint promotion coordination
- Overseeing onsite events management, production shoots when required
- Oversight to ensure effectiveness of Junior Staff within agency team to ensure smooth execution of day-to-day tasks
4.Handle monthly and adhoc reports as required by the Marketing function, such as:
- Opex reporting
- Scorecard reporting
- Media campaign reporting
- Promotion reappraisal support
- Campaign status reporting
- Weekly reports to the internal stakeholders (as required)
5.Web and App Related Support
- eCoupons
- Loyalty Redemption item sourcing
- User Acceptance Test
- Web and App Performance monitoring
- Responsible for the timely updates of brand websites
SKILLS
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in business analysis or a related field
- Excellent aptitude for numbers, ability to quickly pick up new systems and technology
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint)
- A plus if candidate possesses the following experience/ skills:
- Experience in running marketing and promotional campaigns
- Familiar with development of customer/member acquisition and engagement plans
- Ability to generate basic Marcom materials, key visuals etc
