Job Description

This position reports to the Corporate Head and assist in executing marketing and communication activities, including content creation, social media management, campaign support, and event coordination. The role provides hands-on experience in digital marketing, branding, and stakeholder communications, while developing practical skills in content design, reporting, and vendor coordination.

Specific Responsibilities

  1. Content & Social Media - create posts, update website, track engagement.
  2. Campaign Support - assist in executing marketing campaigns and promotions.
  3. Events & PR - help plan events, handle logistics, liaise with media/vendors.
  4. Admin & Reporting - maintain databases, process invoices, prepare reports.

Technical Skills and Competencies

  1. Digital Marketing Tools - social media platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok), email marketing (Mailchimp, HubSpot), Google Analytics, SEO basics.
  2. Design & Content - Canva, Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator, basic video editing, copywriting, content creation.
  3. Communication Skills - strong written and spoken English (Mandarin/Malay/Tamil a plus), presentation skills, attention to detail.
  4. Project & Coordination - multitasking, event logistics, vendor management, reporting/Excel skills.
