This position reports to the Corporate Head and assist in executing marketing and communication activities, including content creation, social media management, campaign support, and event coordination. The role provides hands-on experience in digital marketing, branding, and stakeholder communications, while developing practical skills in content design, reporting, and vendor coordination.
Specific Responsibilities
- Content & Social Media - create posts, update website, track engagement.
- Campaign Support - assist in executing marketing campaigns and promotions.
- Events & PR - help plan events, handle logistics, liaise with media/vendors.
- Admin & Reporting - maintain databases, process invoices, prepare reports.
Technical Skills and Competencies
- Digital Marketing Tools - social media platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok), email marketing (Mailchimp, HubSpot), Google Analytics, SEO basics.
- Design & Content - Canva, Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator, basic video editing, copywriting, content creation.
- Communication Skills - strong written and spoken English (Mandarin/Malay/Tamil a plus), presentation skills, attention to detail.
- Project & Coordination - multitasking, event logistics, vendor management, reporting/Excel skills.
