Job Description
- Assist in conducting market research to understand industry trends and target audiences.
- Prepare reports such as management summaries, media monitoring, and social media analysis.
- Support media planning by working with internal and external stakeholders, including pitching stories and preparing materials like press releases, speeches, and videos.
- Manage the publication process from planning and content creation to proofreading and production, ensuring engaging and informative content.
- Assist in organizing events and handling post-event follow-ups.
- Support CSR and sustainability initiatives.
- Create content for websites, newsletters, and other communication materials.
- Coordinate the production and distribution of publicity materials such as banners and newsletters.
- Handle filming requests and liaise with vendors for communication-related services.
- Ensure adherence to SOPs and maintain proper documentation.
- Manage inventory of publicity materials and handle basic administrative tasks.
- Provide photography and videography support, including stakeholder interviews.
- Respond to feedback or incidents when required.
- Perform any other duties assigned.
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Mass Communications, Media, Marketing, or related field
- Experience in communications or media relations preferred
- Strong writing and communication skills in English
- Proficiency in a second language is a plus
- Basic knowledge of design, editing, photography, and videography tools
- Familiarity with social media platforms and media trends
