Marketing Communication Assistant

This is an internal hire for Octomate Staffing by HRnetGroup.

This role offers hands-on experience in brand engagement and social media campaigns, giving you the chance to make an impact both in talent attraction and employer branding.

Job description:

• Create creative content for social media, marketing campaigns, and recruitment initiatives
• Design engaging visuals and promotional materials using Canva or similar tools
• Assist in video editing and producing digital content

Who we are looking for:

• Proficiency in design software (e.g., Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Familiarity with video editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro)
• Strong team player with good communication and coordination skills
• Prior experience or a portfolio in marketing or design is a bonus
• Able to commit for minimally 3 months
• Completed GCE A Levels/ Diploma/ Degree (any field) are welcome

Work location: Orchard
Working hours: Monday - Friday, 8.30am - 5.30pm
Salary: $12/h
