Key Responsibilities
Support the marketing team in daily tasks, such as:
- Boutique Activations: Support CRM Manager & retail boutiques with planning and execution of monthly in-store activities to engage clients
- Events: Support on creation of publicity materials, agency liaison and be on-site as a runner during local events. Opportunity to propose creative events in line with brand guidelines.
- CRM: Collaborate with CRM Manager on client data and CRM performance reporting
- Logistics: Manage the local movement and regional shipment of VM display material & gift.
- Communications: Curate bi-monthly social media kits for retail partners and landlords to drive awareness for new product launches.
- Reporting: Monthly marketing & media report creation & analysis, annual activation calendar updates; collation of information for post-event reporting.
- Finance: Creation of necessary purchase orders and new vendor requests. Collation of quotations and processing of invoices.
- Team Meetings: Active participation in marketing brainstorm meetings.
Requirements & Skills
- Technical Competencies
- Knowledge of MS Office tools & Adobe creative programs.
- Familiar with content creations & social platforms
- Responsible, proactive, possesses analytical skills & solution driven.
- Collaborative spirit – do not be afraid to ask questions!
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and prioritise multiple tasks at hand.
- Flexibility in schedule, as activations may happen after office hours or on weekends
- Interest in watches is a plus
