Marketing Campaign Executive – Oil & Gas (Contract – Labrador Park)
Our Client is a leading provider of chemical and energy solutions in Singapore and the Asia Pacific region.
SCOPE OF WORK
- Responsible to execute and deliver loyalty and cards/ payment programs and promotional campaigns
- Responsible to develop basic communication materials including member communication engagement plan, eDMs, App push notifications, webpage content management
- Track performance metrics including data capture, analysis, and reporting based on defined KPIs, budgets, and opex
- Drive post campaign analysis, member purchase analysis and develop offer personalization for target segments
- Contribute to the improvements and development of new programs and campaigns.
- Perform ad-hoc analysis and troubleshooting to resolve issues and improve processes
- Lead, coordinate and/or contribute to the cards/payment and loyalty project initiatives in Singapore primarily (or other countries)
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure end to end integration of program, financial, controls, processes and system to deliver program effectiveness and efficiency
- Act as central in-market contact point for card and loyalty related projects and arising issues
- Keep abreast of competitive activities, industry and consumer trends
- Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and internal controls (eg data privacy, PCI etc)
SKILLS
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in business analysis or a related field
- Excellent aptitude for numbers, ability to quickly pick up new systems and technology
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint)
- A plus if candidate possesses the following experience/ skills:
- Experience in running marketing and promotional campaigns
- Familiar with development of customer/member acquisition and engagement plans
- Ability to generate basic Marcom materials, key visuals etc
