Job Summary:
We are seeking a creative and results-driven Marketing & Branding Executive to manage the planning, development, and execution of branding and marketing strategies across our food and beverage products and outlets. The ideal candidate will be passionate about F&B, deeply understand consumer behavior, and excel at positioning brands in competitive markets.
Key Responsibilities:
Marketing Strategy & Execution
- Develop and implement integrated marketing campaigns to promote F&B products and outlets.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, consumer needs, and competitive positioning.
- Plan and execute product launches, seasonal promotions, and marketing activations.
- Manage marketing budgets and ensure cost-effective campaigns with measurable ROI.
Brand Management
- Ensure consistent brand messaging across all touchpoints including packaging, menus, signage, and digital platforms.
- Develop and evolve the brand identity in line with company values and market feedback.
Digital Marketing & Social Media
- Develop and manage social media calendars, content plans, and influencer collaborations.
- Oversee the creation of content (photos, videos, stories) that aligns with brand tone and goals.
- Monitor digital analytics and optimize campaigns based on performance metrics.
Public Relations & Partnerships
- Coordinate media coverage, press releases, and PR events to build brand awareness.
- Develop partnerships with food bloggers, influencers, event organizers, and lifestyle brands.
Customer Experience & Feedback
- Gather customer feedback through surveys, reviews, and direct interactions.
- Collaborate with operations team to ensure brand promise is reflected in the customer experience.
Event Planning & Execution
- Plan and execute promotional events, tastings, and pop-up activations to build brand visibility and customer engagement.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in marketing or branding, preferably in the F&B or hospitality industry.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing, branding principles, and social media trends.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative thinker with strong analytical skills.
- Proficiency in marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, Mailchimp, Canva, Adobe Suite).
