Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a creative and results-driven Marketing & Branding Executive to manage the planning, development, and execution of branding and marketing strategies across our food and beverage products and outlets. The ideal candidate will be passionate about F&B, deeply understand consumer behavior, and excel at positioning brands in competitive markets.

Key Responsibilities:

Marketing Strategy & Execution

  • Develop and implement integrated marketing campaigns to promote F&B products and outlets.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, consumer needs, and competitive positioning.
  • Plan and execute product launches, seasonal promotions, and marketing activations.
  • Manage marketing budgets and ensure cost-effective campaigns with measurable ROI.

Brand Management

  • Ensure consistent brand messaging across all touchpoints including packaging, menus, signage, and digital platforms.
  • Develop and evolve the brand identity in line with company values and market feedback.

Digital Marketing & Social Media

  • Develop and manage social media calendars, content plans, and influencer collaborations.
  • Oversee the creation of content (photos, videos, stories) that aligns with brand tone and goals.
  • Monitor digital analytics and optimize campaigns based on performance metrics.

Public Relations & Partnerships

  • Coordinate media coverage, press releases, and PR events to build brand awareness.
  • Develop partnerships with food bloggers, influencers, event organizers, and lifestyle brands.

Customer Experience & Feedback

  • Gather customer feedback through surveys, reviews, and direct interactions.
  • Collaborate with operations team to ensure brand promise is reflected in the customer experience.

Event Planning & Execution

  • Plan and execute promotional events, tastings, and pop-up activations to build brand visibility and customer engagement.

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in marketing or branding, preferably in the F&B or hospitality industry.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing, branding principles, and social media trends.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative thinker with strong analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, Mailchimp, Canva, Adobe Suite).
