Deliverables
- Set up and manage automated pipelines for lead generation and client onboarding
- Implement and maintain AI responders and chatbot systems for client communication
- Configure and optimize CRM workflows using platforms such as GoHighLevel, HubSpot, or Zoho
- Integrate booking and scheduling systems to streamline client interactions
- Utilize automation tools like Zapier, Make, or Pabbly to connect various business applications
- Edit and update websites or funnels on platforms such as Wix or Webflow as needed
- Support the creative team in delivering seamless project execution
- Provide ongoing system maintenance and troubleshooting to ensure reliability
Requirements
- Proven experience with CRM systems (GoHighLevel, HubSpot, Zoho, or similar)
- Proficiency in automation tools (Zapier, Make, Pabbly, or equivalent)
- Familiarity with AI chatbot platforms and messaging automation
- Basic knowledge of website or funnel editing (Wix, Webflow, or similar)
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with remote teams
- Flexibility to engage on a project or monthly basis, with potential for long-term collaboration
- Experience with LINE bots or basic Japanese language skills is a plus, but not required
