Job Description

We are looking for an exceptional Marketing associate/manager who will be responsible for creating and running marketing campaigns/ initiatives with a growth hacking mindset.
This role is based in the New Business Builder (NBB) team, which will work on innovation, building new business verticals and ventures. You will oversee a variety of projects and campaigns and be at the center of a lot of action.The successful candidate will be able to work on marketing projects across multiple verticals/product lines/ventures, through various methods of growth hacking and brand building initiatives.

  • Propose fresh, out-of-the-box initiatives to attract prospects and convert leads, as well as testing new approaches to capture existing demand to grow the base of the products in the market
  • Identify, develop & optimize key marketing channels to drive revenue & KPIs through rapid iteration and experimentations
  • Continuously measure, assess and report on the results of activities and implement optimisations where necessary.
  • With an iterative mindset, you will develop and deliver a calendar of activity that supports the rollout of the team's requirements, including offers and testing proposals.
  • Plan and execute marketing material/assets/activations that ensures a consistent identity & quality output
  • Work in collaboration with external freelancers, agencies and creative team members to prepare and execute end to end growth marketing activities
  • Keep up with industry trends in the market

  • At least 2-5 years working experience in a marketing role in a consumer facing company
  • Experience with social media content creation, influencer marketing and other communication channels
  • Experience with growth hacking at startups is preferred
  • Be a critical thinker with strong problem-solving skills and quick to react to problems
  • Exceptional project management and communications skills are essential.
  • Flexible and adaptable to situations and changes as necessary
  • Willing to get hands dirty - Whatever it takes to get it done mentality is greatly appreciated!
