Marketing Associate

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns (digital & offline)

• Manage and update company social media platforms and website content

• Create marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, and email campaigns

• Conduct market research and competitor analysis

• Support event planning, exhibitions, and promotional activities

• Coordinate with internal teams (sales, design, operations) for campaign execution

• Track and report on marketing performance metrics (ROI, engagement, leads)

• Maintain marketing databases and CRM systems

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field

• 1-3 years of experience in marketing or a similar role

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Familiarity with digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media platforms, email marketing tools)

• Basic knowledge of design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite) is a plus

• Good organizational and multitasking abilities
