About the Role

Tech Spectrum AI Solution is hiring a Marketing Assistant on behalf of our client to support day-to-day marketing activities across digital channels. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, eager to learn, and interested in building hands-on experience in modern marketing practices. You will work closely with marketing and cross-functional teams to execute campaigns, analyze performance, and support brand growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns
• Support content creation for social media, email, and marketing materials
• Conduct basic market research and competitor analysis
• Track campaign performance and prepare simple reports and insights
• Maintain marketing documentation, schedules, and assets
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of marketing tasks

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (or currently pursuing)
• Interest in digital marketing, branding, and customer engagement
• Basic understanding of social media platforms and online marketing concepts
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with tools such as Google Workspace, Canva, Notion, or basic analytics tools
• Internship, academic projects, or personal experience related to marketing
