Job Summary
The Marketing Assistant supports the marketing team in planning, executing, and monitoring marketing activities. This role assists with content creation, campaign coordination, administrative tasks, and market research to help strengthen brand presence and achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns and promotions
- Support content creation for social media, websites, and marketing materials
- Manage and update marketing calendars, schedules, and reports
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors on marketing projects
- Assist in managing social media accounts, postings, and basic engagement
- Conduct market research and compile data on trends, competitors, and customer insights
- Support event planning, roadshows, and promotional activities
- Prepare simple marketing reports and track campaign performance
- Perform administrative duties related to marketing operations
Requirements & Qualifications
- Diploma or equivalent qualification in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
- Prior marketing or administrative experience is an advantage
- Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing tools
- Basic knowledge of marketing concepts and branding
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
