MARKETING ASSISTANT

Roles & Responsibilities

• Assist the sales team in generating leads and following up with potential clients
• Support marketing campaigns (online and offline) to promote products/services
• Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and social media
• Prepare quotations, invoices, and sales reports
• Maintain and update customer databases (CRM systems)
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and delivery
• Help organize promotional events, exhibitions, and campaigns
• Create and manage social media posts and basic marketing content
• Track sales performance and prepare weekly/monthly reports
• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and customer trends
• Support branding and promotional activities
