The responsibility is on generating and increasing regional passenger revenue and profit by achieving the set target.
Identify markets, set strategy and implement marketing communication strategy.
Manage consensus-building for sales strategy for the region in line with Headquarter strategy for the area.
Assist countries in the region with specific marketing plans and clearly communicate ROI to all stakeholders.
Negotiate, coordinate and monitor the performances of relevant parties including external partners for any ongoing projects and manage the resources to meet the required quality, timeline and budget.
Assess, verify and review the performance on monthly, quarterly, bi-annual and yearly basis by each offices and channels for achieving the set target.
Strong ability to lead agencies and collaborate with other internal business teams/unit.
Coordinate, negotiate and liaise with Headquarters on daily basis as well as respective offices under the region.
Negotiate and manage the budget of the region.
Lead and manage the team.
Requirements
Bachelor degree or above in Business Studies, Marketing, Economics.
More than 10 years of relevant experience in the airline/aviation marketing field.
Adequate marketing & data analysis skills and knowledge.
Strong knowledge of airline marketing, services and products.
Proficiency in Microsoft office for analysis as well as presentation.
Proficiency in English and Japanese or additional language ability for countries under the region may be preferred in order to make coordination with headquarter in Tokyo and overseas offices in the region.
Excellent personality with good interpersonal and communication skills.
Pro-active and self-motivated individual who works well independently.
Patience in forming consensus by providing adequate information to regional offices and Headquarter to make decision.
