MARKETING ASSISTANT

We are seeking a technically inclined Marketing Assistant to support digital marketing operations, performance tracking, CRM management, and data-driven campaign execution. This role assists in managing LinkedIn and Google Ads campaigns, monitoring key metrics such as CTR, CPC, and conversion rates, and preparing weekly KPI dashboards to track lead generation performance. The candidate will support website updates, basic SEO optimisation, and Google Analytics monitoring to improve online visibility and landing page conversions. Responsibilities also include maintaining the CRM system, tracking lead sources, coordinating with the sales team on follow-ups, supporting EDM automation, and assisting in the preparation of technical product sheets and case studies aligned with engineering specifications. The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, proficient in Excel and digital marketing tools, and comfortable working in a fast-paced SME environment.
