We are seeking aproactive and well-organised
Marketing Assistant to supportdaily marketing operations, particularly in
social media execution andcontent planning. This is a
6-month contract position, with the possibility of conversion to a permanent role depending on performance andorganisational needs.
What You Will Do
- Schedule, prepare, and publish content on Facebook, Instagram, and
- Manage and update social media and marketing content calendars
- Support content preparation by drafting captions, hashtags, and basic visual assets
- Liaise with internal stakeholders to collect information for marketing communications
- Ensure all scheduled posts are published accurately and on time
- Assist with additional marketing and administrative tasks as needed
What We Are Looking For
- Diploma is an advantage
- Familiarity with major social media platforms, especially Facebook, Instagram, and
- Understanding of social media posting timelines and content planning basics
- Strong written communication skills
- Highly organised, detail-focused, and capable of managing deadlines
- Adaptable, eager to learn, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
