2. Support mall pop-up events: setup, customer service, sales tracking, stock display

3. Update Shopify listings, assist with basic Meta Ads reporting

4. Handle customer enquiries via WhatsApp/social media

5. Learn end-to-end omnichannel retail marketing

6. Launch marketing campaigns
