Beyond desk-based content work, this role will also involve on-ground support during content shoots, helping to collect creative assets and ensure our marketing materials remain fresh, authentic, and aligned with our brand voice.
Key Responsibilities
Content & Copywriting
- Ideate and develop content ideas for marketing campaigns across both brands
- Write clear, engaging copy for:
- Social media posts
- EDMs and newsletters
- Course descriptions and landing pages
- Basic marketing and promotional materials
- Adapt tone and messaging for different audiences (corporate, individual learners, partners)
Ideation & Strategy Support
- Contribute ideas during content planning and campaign discussions
- Translate strategic directions into compelling narratives and messages
- Research trends and propose content angles that are relevant and timely
Creative Asset Support
- Assist during photo and video shoots (studio or on-site)
- Coordinate and collect creative assets (photos, short clips, behind-the-scenes content)
- Support basic content organisation and asset management for marketing use
Cross-Team Collaboration
- Work closely with internal teams (training, operations, sales) to understand offerings
- Support marketing initiatives for both SSA Academy and SSA Culinary Institute as needed
