About the Role
We are looking for a positive and proactive Marketing Assistant to join our team. This is an entry-level role where you will support the Marketing Team in daily marketing tasks, social media, and influencer collaboration for NuVe's range of stays and offerings.
Role and Responsibilities
KOL / Influencer Support (Under Guidance)
- Research and suggest suitable KOLs/influencers to promote NuVe stays and F&B offering
- Assist in contacting and coordinating with KOLs
- Support simple campaign follow-ups and reports
Social Media Support (Under Guidance)
- Assist in managing social media platforms
- Draft captions and schedule posts for selected venues
- Reply to comments and direct messages in a professional manner
- Respond to reviews on Google and TripAdvisor
Coordination Work
- Liaise with suppliers or vendors when required
- Assist with simple marketing-related coordination tasks
Design & Content Support
- Help with simple EDM/design layouts and resizing of visuals
- Photoshop and Mailjet knowledge is a bonus
Administrational Duties
Other ad hoc duties as assigned
What We're Looking For
- Diploma in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Interest in social media and hospitality industry
- Basic Canva skills (Photoshop is a bonus)
- Good written communication skills
- Willingness to learn and work as part of a team
