- Formulation and implementation of the marketing plan across digital, offline and social platforms to drive awareness and leads generation
- Effectively project manage assigned marketing campaigns in their entirety - from planning, tracking and reporting on return on investment
- Strategise and create content across various social media channels to increase brand awareness (incl creating creative & copy), editing photography, gifs, short video editing, stickers, stories (live + designed/posted), filming of short videos
- Day to Day management of all social accounts including engaging consumers, responding to questions or complaints, and to promoting company initiatives through socials or digital communication channels
- Research on market trends, market opportunity, and competitor and target customer analysis to inform future value propositions
- Work closely with Sales Department and Group Marketing Department to conceptualize and manage events
- Create detailed proposals for events which include objectives, timeline, location, stakeholders involved, fiscal requirements and prepare budgetary recommendations
- Manage event processes and execution including but not limited to budgeting, registration, coordination and operations
- Evaluate success of executed marketing activities
- Participate in ad hoc projects as required
Requirements
. Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Communication or related fields
. Articulate with good communication and presentation skills
. Strong understanding and passion in the social media platforms and artwork creation software like Canva, Da vinci
. Resourceful, motivated with strong ability to manage multiple projects, timelines and deliverables
. Internship or project experience in marketing communications / event executive role advantageous
