Marketing Assistant Director

Product management and marketing of Network camera, Survellance solution business and PTZ Camera business.

- Responsible for product life cycle management including product launch, pricing strategy, product position,

features enhancement and roadmap for assigned solution portfolio

- Develop product materials, marketing collaterals and use cases that demonstrates unique value proposition and

benefits of the assigned products

- Conduct product trainings and facilitate sales enablement

- Facilitate sharing of best practices across the region

- Periodic sales and marketing performance review with country marketing teams and formulate on-going business

plan

Collaboration with business unit or product or 3rd party vendor

- Liaise with business unit or product related matters.

- Realize efficient collaboration with related matters.

- Cooperation with relevant departments.

- Cooperation and negotiation with 3rd party vendor

Cooperation with headquarter in Japan

- Establish a good relationship with Canon Inc. headquarter in Tokyo for better cooperation.

- Monitor and report sales performance to headquarters in a timely manner.

- Share information from the headquarter to relevant departments.

- Share progress of tender project with headquarter procurement team in a timely manner.

People Management

- Team management in the division

- Knowledge transfer to team members in the division

- Train and OJT to team members in the department

Sales and Budget Management

- Responsible for budget management in the division

- Consolidation of regular reports related to sales, shipment for key stakeholders.

Job Requirement

. Minimum 15 years of experience in product management, marketing or related field

. Minimum 10 years Network camera and Surveillance Solution business experience.

. Degree in Marketing, Business Management, Information Technology or Computer Science

. Possess excellent written and verbal communication in both English & Japanese as this role will need to liaise frequently with head office in Japan.

. Excellent project management skill.

. Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

. Solid analytical skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking ability

. Self-motivated, passionate about your work and have a positive mind-set

. Possess technical knowledge of Network camera and Surveillance software Solution.

. Good Negotiation skill and People Management Skill
