Our next phase of work will involve B2C enrichment programmes that build students life skills and competencies to thrive in life and the future.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Marketing And Public Relations Manager role located in Singapore at Praxium. The Marketing And Public Relations Manager will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies and improving our level of engagement with the customer audience. Day-to-day tasks include creating content for our marketing channels (including website, mailing list, social media channels), and analysing marketing performance.

Responsibilities

Marketing Positioning & Messaging

  • Craft compelling marketing positioning and messaging tailored to parents
  • Develop marketing materials (e.g., social media content, brochures, presentations, and digital content) that highlight impact and value of our work

Campaign Management & Community Building

  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns to increase company awareness and generate leads for our programs
  • Create digital and offline content that resonates with parents and youth focusing on amplifying word-of-mouth and community-building

Managing Marketing Channels

  • Manage and update our website, social media channels, and mailing lists to better engage our audiences.
  • Monitor and analyse the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and product performance.
  • Use data-driven insights to optimise marketing efforts.

Qualifications

  • Experience in developing and executing marketing campaigns
  • Analytical skills to measure and optimise campaign performance
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong project management and organisational skills
  • Minimum 3-5 years of relevant work experience in the relevant field
  • Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related fields
  • Experience in education or event management is a plus
