Job Descriptions:
Marketing
- Ensure dealer marketing activity is planned, delivered and effectively analysed in line with prospects and sales targets and variable margin policy
- Communication with dealers, Sales and Aftersales team, on a daily/weekly basis
- Ensure the objectives of central and regional campaigns are reflected within the dealers marketing plans
- Enable the dealers network to develop aligned Digital, Media and Marketing strategies
- Ensure regular reviews, planning reporting and measurement of dealer marketing plans takes place
- Management and maximise use of the APAC fleet in dealer marketing plans, during the period assigned within the area
- Allocate dealer support funds to ensure best value and maximise dealer engagement
- Brand guardian who understands guidelines and policies and able to communicate clearly to dealers to ensure they are brand compliant at all times
- Ensure Dealer's Marketing & PR Managers/Agencies/Vendors (where applicable) adhere to Lamborghini's Marketing Guidelines & Policies, Brand & Event Guidelines
- Ensure execution of events at dealer level are compliant with the Regional format
- Ensure the Dealers support to Squadra Corse for activities organized in the assigned markets
- Manage the Call Center for SEA and India located in the region
- Support Dealer Marketing Spend Assessment (Marketing Audit) in collaboration with HQ
- Collaborate with brand extension partners (where possible) for cost-savings, adding lifestyle elements & increasing customer engagement at events
- Key contact point to share best practices with dealers and manage & respond to dealer's queries on a daily/weekly basis
- Be informed or updated with the latest luxury news / competitors activities
Retail Marketing, CRM and Sales Funnel Management
- Coordinate and manage CRM & Digital activities in Southeast Asia & Taiwan and at dealer level
- Ensure all processes are monitored and lead/client management procedures are in line with company guidelines
- Steering dealers in prospecting activities and leads generation as well as ensuring they understand what is required in Sales Funnel in order to align marketing plan with sales target
- Share feedback on CRM system and work together with APAC/HQ for solutions where necessary
- Supervise the implementation of new systems (CRM, Reporting) and ensure all dealers are aligned with HQ requirements
- Supervise all activities related to data collection are properly performed from dealers and field managers
- Review and ensure accurate customer data quality in Lamborghini Key CRM system
- Train and provide regular support to dealers
- Coordinate new projects with impact on dealers (i.e. new Owner's club)
Press Releations, Corporate, Social & Digital Communications
- Define & deploy a strategic PR plan for Lamborghini India & dealers
- Alignment & approval of PR & Corporate, Social & Digital communication calendar, plan & content with PR Manager, APAC
- PR & Communications budget management
- Ensure all official including social media communications are in line with Lamborghini's tone of voice including the use of appropriate and right choice of words
- All interview requests to be reviewed and approval given by PR Manager, APAC
- Ensure timely dissemination of all official press releases and information
- Ensure all local media respect embargo deadlines and sign Non-Disclosure Agreement
- Monitor Dealer's social media accounts to ensure content are brand compliant (monthly content approved by PR Manager, APAC)
- Plan and organize Central or Dealer's PR & Communications activities/programs
- Review media clipping reports to ensure results are accurate and highlight any discrepancies to PR Manager, APAC
- Monitor media clippings and report, propose media activities/programs within allocated budget to ensure Communications KPIs are achieved at the end of the calendar year
- Compile media briefing books for all interviews as well as review questions and proposed answers to ensure accurate and updated information are presented
- Develop strategic partnerships for prospecting & brand exposure on central or dealers level where necessary
- Review with sales team and propose media / PR activities to support sales where necessary
- Build and manage media, celebrity and influencer relations
- Communications crisis management - to keep Head of Marketing & PR, APAC and PR Manager, APAC informed of any potential crisis
- To keep abreast of competitor's PR, Corporate, Social & Digital activities
- To keep up to date with latest/new Social & Digital tools/platforms
Requirements:
- University Degree in Marketing, Business Studies or equivalent
- Fluent in English and proficiency in Italian would be advantageous as this role involves regular interaction with HQ in Italy
- Good understanding and experienced in luxury goods or car industry
- Experienced in dealer and/or agency management
- Experienced in retail marketing, CRM & experiential marketing
- Experienced in leads and prospecting generation
- Experienced in budget management
