Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and versatile Marketing Manager to lead the firm's external brand presence and internal engagement initiatives. This is a hands-on role requiring a blend of event production, polished corporate communications, and meticulous project coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, production of high-quality marketing materials and digital content that highlight the firm's technical expertise
• Plan and execute major internal events, including festive parties and strategic team bonding retreats
• Manage the firm's participation in industry benchmarking and professional reputation programs
• Oversee the firm's internal marketing and events calendar, including corporate social events and team development initiatives
• Develop and implement comprehensive client engagement programs and management activities
• Support the production of legal publications and directory submissions, and produce internal marketing communications as required

Requirements

• 5 years of experience in a law firm or professional services setting
• Bachelor's degree in any field
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management abilities
• Excellent written and spoken English, with strong attention to detail
• Well-organised, adaptable, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Expertise in event planning, capable of working on complex logistics for large-scale corporate events.
