We are looking for a creative, hands-on Marketing Executiveto support K.STAR's brand growth, promotions, and customer engagement.
This role works closely with the Founder and Operations Teamto execute marketing campaigns, manage content, and strengthen K.STAR's premiumentertainment brand across digital and offline touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities:
Brand & Content Marketing
Execute KSTAR brand messaging across social media, Website and in-store materials.
Assit in Content creation including:
- Short media posts
- Short-form video
- Poster and visual assets
- Caption EDMs and simpler Copywriting
Social Media & Digital Marketing
Manage daily content posting on platforms such as
- Instagram/Tikrok/Xiaohongshu(RED)/Wechat
- Monitor engagement, comments, DMs and customer interactions
- Support digital marketing initiative including:
- paid advertisementsPromotionsand influencer KOL collaborations (if any)
Campaigns & Promotions
Support marketing Campaigns for:
- Membership promotions
- Corporate Clients & events
- Seasonal festive campaigns
- Assist in on-ground promotion and event execution
Corporate & Partnershipsupport
- Prepare simple marketing material for corporate Clients (PDF decks, visuals, post)
Support branding:
- Corporate eventsTeam-building activitiesand private functions.Assist in partnership and collaboration marketing initiatives.
Performance Tracking
- Track basic marketing metrics such as
- ReachEngagement Leads
- Bookings
- Andprepare simple reports and insights for continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
- Diploma or bachelor's degree in marketing, Mass Communications, Medial or related field.1 - 3 year experience (Fresh graduates with relevant internships of portfolio may considered)
- Familiar with Instagram, TikTok, Xiaohongshu (RED), and WeChat
- Basic content creation skills (copywriting, short videos, simple visuals)
- Comfortable using tools like Canva, CapCut, or similar
- Good communication skills
- Hands-on, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work irregular hours, including evenings and weekends, as required for events.
