Intern (Marketing & Editorial)
This internship offers hands-on experience in content creation, digital marketing, and editorial strategies. The ideal candidate is passionate about storytelling, has excellent writing skills, and is eager to learn and contribute to our marketing initiatives. You will support CASE in its consumer education and engagement efforts to raise general consumer rights awareness in Singapore through various initiatives.
Responsibilities may include but not limited to the following:
Marketing and Social Media
- Conceptualise and develop digital marketing and publicity plans, including social media campaigns
- Develop collaterals and publicity materials for social media and marketing collaterals. These include print (letters, brochures, posters, banners, videos, resource packs, and merchandise) and digital (website landing pages, digital assets, eDMs, videos, and powerpoint presentations)
- Propose social media captions, ensuring clarity, consistency, and adherence to brand voice and style guidelines.
- Manage and maintain social media community, handle and respond to incoming queries received through social media accounts
Editorial
- Facilitate the production process of CASE's in-house publications from research, conceptualisation of content to final delivery in accordance with overall strategic direction/focus
- Liaise with internal/external stakeholders to seek editorial contributions and ensure that contributions are appropriate for publication
- Draft media statements, responses to media queries, answers to media interview requests, speeches and story pitches, including the preparation of relevant statistics and data
Outreach, Events and Special Projects
- Provide support for CASE's outreach activities/events
- Liaise with vendors on marketing and outreach campaigns and facilitate the process from conceptualisation to production
- Assist in horizon scanning to identify relevant subjects for consumer safety testing and participate in special projects focused on enhancing consumer protection
Other Roles
- Prepare reports for internal reporting
- Collaborate with relevant departments for support as needed, support and participate in CASE projects and initiatives
- Other projects and duties as assigned by Management
Requirements:
- Able to commit to a minimum 36-month internship programme (Jan 2026 - June 2026)
- Excellent presentation and communication skills. Strong command of written and spoken English, and a second language
