The Opportunity

We are seeking a strategic and high-energy Marketing and Corporate Communications Manager to shape and amplify our brand voice in the rapidly evolving decarbonisation landscape. This role is designed to support both high-potential early-career talent and experienced marketing professionals, with scope and ownership calibrated to experience level. The role will work closely with all functions across the organization to systematically capture, validate, and synthesize the inputs required for effective decision-making and successful execution.

You will be responsible for articulating the technical superiority, safety standards, and lifecycle value of our NMC, LMFP, and other battery solutions to OEMs, operators, and industrial partners. The role bridges the gap between complex electrochemical engineering and compelling market narratives, ensuring Durapower remains a thought leader in the global transition to decarbonisation.

This role will work closely with all functions across the organization to systematically capture, validate, and synthesize the inputs required for effective decision-making and successful execution.

What you will do

  • Content Strategy and Technical Story Telling: Ability to translate technical products into contents relevant to industry (stake holders), like energy density, safety, cycle life, charge rate and cost competitiveness into value driven content for whitepapers, case studies and sales collateral.
  • Develop brand identity: Develop a brand strategy, positioning Durapower as market tech leader in NMC and LMFP battery space, with key communications points across all marketing collaterals.
  • Multi-Channel campaign management: Develop and execute integrated marketing campaign across, industry journals, emails, LinkedIn, forums, battery websites and magazines, focused to respective regions.
  • Public relations and media: Manage relationships with energy and technology trade publications, draft press releases regarding partnerships, technology and production milestones, and ESG achievements.
  • Events and trade shows: Oversee the brand presence at major global events. Define themes relevant to trade shows in respective regions.
  • Sales Enablement: Equipping global sales team with pitch decks and technical data sheets that clearly defines the value proposition.

What we're looking for

Area: Marketing and Corporate Communication and public relations

Experience: 3 to 6 years for experienced Marketing and Corporate Communications.

We are also open to candidates with 1-3 years of relevant experience who demonstrate strong technical curiosity and writing capability.

Industry Exposure: Ideally within the Battery, EV, Renewable Energy, or Semiconductor industries, B2B

Project Scope: Ability to understand and discuss NMC chemistry, cathode compositions (e.g., 622, 811), and battery management systems (BMS) in e-mobility domain in heavy industries like commercial vehicles, construction equipment's etc

Strategy: Ability to position Durapower brand and communicate the same to internal and external stakeholders

Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (background in Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or Energy Systems is a strong advantage)

Leadership: Technology-driven storytelling and cross-functional collaboration people or project leadership expectations will scale with experience
