We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Marketing & Communications Strategist to lead our brand growth and integrated marketing initiatives-bridging healthcare expertise with innovative marketing strategies to drive awareness, patient engagement, and long-term satisfaction. The ideal candidate will strengthen our brand positioning, enhance patient acquisition and retention, and ensure consistent, impactful communication across all platforms.
1. Marketing Strategy & Planning
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with company objectives and revenue targets.
- Plan and manage marketing calendars, campaigns, and promotional activities.
- Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to identify growth opportunities.
- Track campaign performance and optimise strategies based on data and ROI.
2. Brand Management
- Ensure consistent brand positioning, tone, and visual identity across all platforms.
- Oversee content development for digital platforms, advertisements, and promotional materials.
- Maintain and enhance brand awareness and reputation.
3. Communications Management
- Develop internal and external communication strategies.
- Draft and review marketing collaterals, press releases, corporate announcements, and social media content.
- Manage crisis communication when required.
- Ensure alignment of messaging across departments.
4. Digital Marketing & Performance
- Oversee digital marketing channels including social media, website, email marketing, and paid advertising.
- Monitor analytics and prepare performance reports.
- Optimise marketing spend and improve lead conversion rates.
5. Campaign & Event Management
- Lead marketing campaigns from concept to execution.
- Coordinate promotional events, partnerships, and collaborations.
- Work closely with operations and sales teams to align marketing initiatives with business goals.
6. Budget & Vendor Management
- Manage marketing budget effectively to maximise ROI.
- Liaise with external agencies, designers, media partners, and vendors.
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in marketing and communications
- Experience in integrated marketing campaigns and digital marketing preferred
