Marketing and Branding Manager

The Role

We're looking for a Marketing & Branding Manager to drive regional marketing initiatives in Southeast Asia. You will work closely with Sales and Product teams to translate complex technical offerings into compelling, market-ready messaging, supporting business growth and customer engagement.

What You Will Do

• Regional Marketing & Sales Support: Develop and localise marketing materials, from product brochures and presentations to website content. Enable sales teams with high-quality, customer-focused collateral.
• Technical Content Translation: Collaborate with Product and Technical teams to turn complex concepts into clear, professional messaging.
• Events & Campaigns: Plan and execute trade shows, exhibitions, conferences, and roadshows across the region.
• Brand & Communications: Maintain consistent brand positioning and oversee visual branding. Ensure all communications are aligned, accurate, and impactful.

Who You Are

• 35 years in marketing/branding, ideally with semiconductor or high-tech manufacturing experience.
• Strong written and verbal English skills; Chinese proficiency is a plus.
• Confident, collaborative, and outgoing, with excellent stakeholder management skills.
• Comfortable translating technical concepts for business audiences.
• Willing to travel regionally or internationally occasionally.
