About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Marketing & Sales Director to lead sales strategy development, regional marketing execution, and business expansion initiatives. This role is critical in driving revenue growth, building strategic partnerships, and leading high-performing sales teams across markets.
You will play a key leadership role in shaping the company's regional growth strategy and expanding its client and partner network.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth
- Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to support strategic decision-making
- Lead, manage, and develop the sales team to achieve performance targets
- Oversee regional and international marketing strategy planning and execution
- Identify and develop new client acquisition channels and business opportunities
- Build and maintain strategic partnerships and distribution networks
- Drive brand positioning and market expansion initiatives
- Travel regularly for business development, partner engagement, and regional coordination
Candidate Profile
- Proven experience in a Sales Director / Senior Sales Leadership role
- Prior experience in direct selling, network marketing, or multi-level distribution models (e.g. Amway, Herbalife, VV or similar organisations) is highly preferred
- Strong strategic thinking, leadership, and organisational capabilities
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong business acumen with the ability to drive revenue growth
- Fluent in both English and Mandarin Chinese, for regional and internal business communication and with team members and stakeholders
- Willingness to travel regularly for regional and overseas business activities
