As we continue to grow, we are looking for a results-driven, hands-on, and commercially minded Marketing & Growth Manager to lead our customer acquisition, brand awareness, partnerships, and revenue growth initiatives.
The Marketing & Growth Manager will be responsible for driving customer traffic, increasing brand visibility, growing memberships, improving birthday party and group booking inquiries, and developing strategic partnerships that contribute directly to business growth.
This role is ideal for someone who combines strong marketing execution with growth thinking, understands how to turn visibility into measurable business results, and is comfortable working in a fast-paced, consumer-facing environment.
Develop and execute marketing and growth strategies to increase customer traffic, leads, and conversions
Identify and implement effective customer acquisition channels across both online and offline platforms
Drive awareness and engagement through social media, local marketing initiatives, digital campaigns, and community outreach
Plan and execute campaigns that support walk-in traffic, memberships, birthday party bookings, school trips, and group events
Build and manage partnerships with preschools, kindergartens, student care centres, enrichment centres, community groups, and corporate organisations
Identify opportunities for collaborations, cross-promotions, and local partnerships that can expand brand reach and generate business leads
Work closely with external partners, event organisers, KOLs/KOCs, and mall stakeholders where relevant
Manage the overall marketing calendar, including seasonal campaigns, festive promotions, thematic events, and customer engagement initiatives
Oversee content direction for promotional materials, social media, in-store campaigns, videos, and digital communication
Ensure consistent and compelling brand presentation across all customer touchpoints
Support the development of promotional packages and campaigns that strengthen the brand's positioning and sales performance
Work closely with operations and front-line teams to improve lead conversion and customer experience
Support the design of attractive, market-relevant packages for memberships, events, birthday celebrations, and school/group visits
Monitor customer journey performance and identify opportunities to improve inquiry-to-booking and visit-to-membership conversion
Track and analyse the performance of marketing campaigns, lead sources, partnerships, and promotional activities
Prepare regular reports on customer acquisition, campaign effectiveness, conversion performance, and return on marketing efforts
Use data and insights to continuously refine strategies and improve business outcomes
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in marketing, growth, partnerships, business development, or customer acquisition
Experience in a consumer-facing business is strongly preferred, especially in family entertainment, indoor playgrounds, education, retail, F&B, leisure, or lifestyle industries
Strong understanding of local marketing channels, social media platforms, promotional strategy, and customer acquisition methods
Proven ability to execute campaigns that drive measurable business results
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects independently
Commercially aware, proactive, and highly results-oriented
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work across internal teams and external partners
Comfortable in a hands-on role within a fast-moving business environment
Experience in children's entertainment, indoor playgrounds, enrichment centres, or family-oriented businesses
Familiarity with social media marketing, local partnership development, KOL/KOC collaboration, and event-based promotions
Experience working with Google Business Profile, Meta platforms, customer engagement campaigns, and offline traffic-driving activities
