Marketing & E-Commerce Operations and Sales Support Intern

We're looking for a Marketing & E-Commerce Operations and Sales Support Intern to join our team and help us grow our business. As a Marketing & E-Commerce Operations and Sales Support Intern, you will be responsible for product listing and platform integration, sales strategies, and content creation. Job Responsibilities:

. Product Listing & Platform Integration: List products across platforms (Shopee, Facebook, TikTok, etc.). Ensure consistency in product info and images.

. Image Editing: Take picture and edit product images for high-quality listings and other generic use

. Sales Strategy: Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth & Monitor market trends and competitor strategies.

. Performance Tracking: Analyze sales performance against ROI goals. Recommend improvements for optimization.

. Price Consistency: Maintain consistent pricing across all platforms.

. Stock Management: Monitor inventory levels and ensure stock availability. Coordinate stock replenishment.

. Selling on Platforms: Manage selling activities on platforms like Shopee, Facebook, TikTok, etc. Run promotions and sales campaigns.

. Content Creation: Create engaging content for platforms like TikTok and . Maintain a content calendar.

. Customer Support: Handle customer inquiries and order management. Ensure timely order processing and fulfillment.

. Ad-Hoc Duties: Perform additional tasks as needed by management.

Job Requirements:

Working Hours:

. 8am to 5.30pm (Monday to Friday)
