Our client is looking for a creative and strategic Marketing & Communication Manager to drive brand growth and marketing initiatives across multiple channels. This role involves shaping and executing marketing strategies, advising internal teams, and developing campaigns that strengthen our brand presence in the B2B space.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and business growth.
- Lead cross-channel marketing campaigns, including social media, digital content, webinars, and events.
- Partner with department heads to design and execute effective marketing and communication initiatives.
- Track and analyse campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Explore and apply innovative digital marketing trends and tools to strengthen the company's brand identity.
- Provide strategic communication guidance across departments to ensure consistency in brand messaging.
Requirements
- Proven experience in leading marketing or communications projects, with the ability to guide teams and collaborate effectively.
- Strong background in B2B marketing or corporate communications. Experience in healthcare, laboratory, or architectural industries would be an advantage.
- Strategic thinker with a strong understanding of brand positioning and audience engagement.
- Confident in engaging stakeholders and staying up to date with market developments.
- Excellent writing and content creation skills, with the ability to translate complex topics into compelling narratives.
