Responsibilities:
. Provide administrative support to Marketing, Sales & Business Development team
. Track deadlines for proposals, RFP submissions, and client deliverables, ensuring timely follow-up
. Maintain client/prospect databases and track project deadlines
. Assist in planning and executing marketing activities and company events
. Prepare and update marketing materials (presentations, brochures, social media content)
. Assist in preparing proposals, presentation slides, and tender document preparations
. Coordinate with partners and consultants for quotations and project information.
. Provide logistical support for client meetings and events
. Organise internal staff events, corporate functions, and cross-departments projects amd management request.
Requirements:
. Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field
. Fresh graduates welcome/ 1-3 years of relevant experience preferred
. Strong organisation skills with attention to details
. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
. Knowledge of design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite)
. Excellent written and communication skills
. Ability to coordinate across teams and manage deadlines
. Proactive, resourceful team player with good interpersonal skills
