Job Highlight

. Location: Outram Park

. Salary: Up to $2,000 - $2,600

. Work Schedule: 5-days work week | 8.30am - 6pm

Key Responsibilities

Marketing Support for Campaigns

. Assist in campaign planning, execution, and timeline management

. Coordinate feedback from stakeholders and agencies

. Clarify technical/non-technical requirements for deliverables

. Vet materials for feedback and grammar accuracy

. Perform basic website updates via HPB CMS

. Support digital campaigns (eDMs, SMS, A/B testing)

. Create/adapt artwork using Illustrator/Photoshop

. Handle data tasks: surveys, research, reports

. Track and analyze digital performance via GA4

KOL/Influencer/Artiste Evaluation

. Review profiles for content relevance, engagement, and past collaborations

. Assess branding alignment (language, audience, content themes)

. Share evaluation findings with campaign leads

Admin & Procurement Support

. Support procurement: quotes, POs, invoices, credit notes

. Liaise with vendors for production/installation

. Maintain records: contracts, budgets, deliverables, SOPs

. Perform general admin: scheduling, minutes, digital filing
