About the Role We are seeking a proactive and creative Marketing & Administration Specialist to join our team. In this hybrid role, you will balance creative marketing initiatives using cutting-edge AI tools with essential administrative support to ensure smooth business operations. You will work independently to support the LENSEEK brand and our customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Marketing & Content Creation:
- Generate engaging visuals and videos utilizing AI tools.
- Design professional presentations and brochures (technical content provided).
- Manage social media channels: Create and publish posts, moderate comments, and summarize community feedback.
- Assist in planning trade shows, including booth layout and invitation management.
- Collaborate with B2B customers to help them build marketing campaigns featuring LENSEEK products.
- Administration & Sales Support:
- Serve as the first point of contact for general inquiries.
- High proficiency in administrative tasks, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and customer service skills to build and maintain relationships effectively.
- Manage the full sales document cycle: Prepare quotes, order confirmations, and invoices.
- Maintain master data accuracy in our systems.
- Follow up on customer requests and open quotations.
- Handle general organizational and office management tasks.
Qualifications & Skills
- Language:
- Proficient in English (Written and Spoken).
- Additional language skills are considered an advantage.
- IT Skills:
- Strong command of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Tech Savvy:
- A strong willingness to learn and utilize AI tools for content creation.
- Soft Skills:
- Self-disciplined and able to work independently.
