About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Market Research Specialist to conduct regional market research and provide actionable insights into the financial trading industry. This role combines market research methodologies with a deep understanding of the trading and financial services landscape to help shape product and go-to-market strategy, customer acquisition, and competitive positioning.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and execute end-to-end market research projects.
• Conduct competitive analysis, industry trend studies, and customer insights research.
• Translate research findings into clear, actionable recommendations for marketing, product, and business strategy.
• Prepare research reports, dashboards, and presentations for leadership.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related fields.
• 3-5 years of experience in market research, ideally in financial services or trading firms.
• Strong knowledge of trading products, customer segments, and industry trends.
• Proficiency in research and analytics tools.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in Chinese is required as you will be liaising with Chinese speaking markets.
