Qualifications & Skills:- Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, Economics, or related field.
- Experience:03 years in market research, business insights, or analytics roles for junior positions.
- 25 years for Insights Analyst roles with demonstrated analytical experience.
- Technical Skills:Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI).
- Knowledge of statistical analysis software (SPSS, R, Python) is a plus.
- Understanding of market research methodologies and techniques.
- Ability to interpret quantitative and qualitative data effectively.
- Soft Skills:Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.
