Role Overview:

These roles focus on gathering, analyzing, and interpreting market data to support business decision-making. The Market Research Executive assists in research projects, the Insights Analyst interprets data to generate actionable insights, and the Insights Coordinator ensures research processes and reporting run smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:Market Research Executive:
  • Assist in planning and executing market research studies.
  • Collect data from primary and secondary sources, including surveys, interviews, and databases.
  • Prepare research reports, charts, and presentations for internal stakeholders.
  • Support project timelines and documentation.
  • Help maintain research databases and manage vendor relationships.
Insights Analyst:
  • Analyze market, consumer, and competitor data to generate actionable insights.
  • Conduct quantitative and qualitative data analysis.
  • Develop dashboards, visualizations, and reports for business units.
  • Support strategic decision-making with data-driven recommendations.
  • Monitor trends and identify opportunities or risks for the business.
Insights Coordinator:
  • Coordinate research projects and ensure timely delivery of results.
  • Liaise with internal teams and external vendors or agencies.
  • Maintain documentation and research records for compliance and reference.
  • Support reporting and presentation of findings to management.
  • Ensure adherence to research methodologies and quality standards.
Shared Responsibilities:
  • Support data-driven decision-making across the organization.
  • Ensure accuracy, integrity, and relevance of collected data.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align insights with business objectives.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and research tools.
  • Assist in continuous improvement of research processes and reporting methods.
Qualifications & Skills:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, Economics, or related field.
  • Experience:03 years in market research, business insights, or analytics roles for junior positions.
  • 25 years for Insights Analyst roles with demonstrated analytical experience.
  • Technical Skills:Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI).
  • Knowledge of statistical analysis software (SPSS, R, Python) is a plus.
  • Understanding of market research methodologies and techniques.
  • Ability to interpret quantitative and qualitative data effectively.
  • Soft Skills:Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple tasks.
Work Environment:
  • Office-based or hybrid, collaborating with marketing, strategy, and product teams. The role involves conducting research, analyzing data, preparing reports, and presenting insights to stakeholders.
