The Role
We're looking for a motivated and analytical Market Research Analyst / Insights Specialist / Strategy Manager to support research initiatives, strategic planning, and business intelligence activities.
This role is ideal for someone passionate about understanding market behavior, identifying trends, and translating complex data into actionable insights that drive business strategy.
What You'll Do
- Conduct market, competitor, and consumer research across various industries
- Analyze quantitative and qualitative data to identify trends and opportunities
- Support strategic planning, business development, and growth initiatives
- Prepare reports, presentations, and insight-driven recommendations
- Monitor market developments, emerging trends, and industry performance
- Collaborate with internal teams on research and strategy projects
- Assist with surveys, interviews, and data collection activities
- Support development of dashboards, reporting frameworks, and performance tracking
- Contribute to business decision-making through analytical and strategic insights
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, Data Analytics, Social Sciences, or related field
- 1–4 years of experience in market research, strategy, consulting, analytics, or related roles
- Strong analytical and critical-thinking abilities
- Experience working with spreadsheets, reporting tools, and research methodologies
- Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills
- Ability to interpret data and translate findings into actionable recommendations
- Familiarity with consumer insights, business intelligence, or market analysis frameworks
- Ability to work independently in a hybrid work environment
- Curiosity about markets, trends, consumer behavior, and business strategy
