Market Manager
Are you passionate about building strong relationships and helping others grow As a Market Associate, you play a key role in supporting emerging professional hosts and driving their success on the platform.
In this role, you act as a strategic partner to a dynamic portfolio of hosts in your region, serving as a trusted advisor by sharing tailored insights and implementing impactful strategies to help them thrive. This includes supporting hosts with pricing optimization, service improvements, and deeper platform understanding. You also collaborate closely with Market Managers to scale education initiatives through webinars, email campaigns, and other outreach programs. This role suits someone who brings energy, empathy, and curiosity to every interaction.
Responsibilities
- Build strong, trusted relationships with hosts by delivering timely, value-driven support and conducting occasional in-person meetings within the assigned territory.
- Lead regular check-ins and business reviews to identify growth opportunities and guide hosts toward long-term success.
- Develop a deep understanding of platform products and host pain points, using insights to advise hosts and share actionable feedback with internal teams.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to design and deliver one-to-many programs, including webinars and campaigns, to support hosts at scale.
Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in account management, partner support, or a similar client-facing role.
- Excellent communication skills, with confidence presenting ideas and building rapport in person, over the phone, and via email.
- Bahasa Indonesia language proficiency required.
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to drive revenue growth and performance outcomes for partners.
- A natural relationship builder with empathy, energy, and a genuine desire to help others succeed.
- Comfortable using CRM tools to manage accounts and track engagement.
- A collaborative team player who actively shares knowledge and supports broader team objectives.
- Highly organized, with the ability to balance short-term priorities and long-term growth strategies.
