Job Responsibilities

Tasks & Responsibility

  • Work closely with relevant Senior Management, Clients, Team Leaders, RMs and internal stakeholders e.g. PB EXCO, Group HR and relevant Subject Matter Experts (e.g. Product Specialists).
  • Work with Regional Market Head in formulating and executing strategic and tactical planning to achieve Bank's goal
  • Responsible for managing market's teams and Relationship Managers.
  • Increase Assets Under Management (AUM) and Net New Money (NNM) through new client acquisition and increasing share of wallet.
  • Drive efficiency by managing costs and raise productivity and revenues.
  • Building and deepening an active and broad book of clients and prospects through a strong and diversified network of business and client contacts.
  • Build and develop the team of relationship managers
  • Lead and guide Team Leaders/RMs identify their strengths and weaknesses and improve their competency and professionalism (upholds and deliver best practise standards and ethical conduct in the care and management of client relationships).
  • Work in partnership with the Bank's business units to identify existing and business opportunities and support the RMs deepening share of wallet.

Requirements

  • At least 10 years in a leadership position and more than 15 years in the financial services sector. Experience as a Marker Leader is a strong advantage.
  • Possesses extensive industry knowledge. Wealth Management background preferred.
  • Exhibits strong leadership and management skills.
  • Client-focused and strong appreciation of the risks, controls and compliance requirements / developments in the Wealth Management industry
  • Broad and deep understanding of financial markets and instruments.
  • Good verbal and written communications skills.
