Job Summary :

We are looking for a Market Entry & Business Development Manager to support the expansion Singapore, Indonesia, and Southeast Asia markets. This role will focus on market entry strategy, customer development, business expansion, and commercialization of the company's bit-level lossless compression technology.The ideal candidate should have strong business development capabilities, understand enterprise technology solutions, and be able to translate complex technical concepts into clear business value for clients. The candidate should also have experience in B2B technology markets, client relationship management, and strategic partnerships.

Key Responsibilities :

·      Develop and execute Go-to-Market strategies for Singapore, Indonesia, and Southeast Asia markets.

·      Identify target industries, customer segments, and business opportunities related to data storage optimization solutions.

·      Build and maintain relationships with enterprise clients, government institutions, data centers, cloud service providers, system integrators, and strategic partners.

·      Conduct client meetings, business presentations, and commercial discussions to promote company solutions.

·      Explain the company's bit-level lossless compression technology and its business value to clients in professional English.

·      Prepare business proposals, presentation materials, ROI analysis, and client solution documentation.

·      Support pilot projects, POC testing, commercial negotiations, and project implementation activities.

·      Collaborate closely with technical teams regarding client requirements, product improvements, and deployment strategies.

·      Analyze customer storage costs and propose cost-saving solutions using the company's technology.

·      Assist in branding, marketing activities, industry events, and business networking initiatives.

·      Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies related to data storage, AI infrastructure, and cloud services.

·      Support the company in building long-term strategic partnerships across Southeast Asia.

Requirements :

·    Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Marketing, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Data Management, or related fields.

·    Minimum 3–5 years of experience in business development, enterprise sales, technology marketing, SaaS, cloud services, AI infrastructure, data storage, data centers, or enterprise IT solutions.

·    Strong understanding of enterprise technology products and digital infrastructure solutions.

·    Familiar with one or more of the following areas :

• Data Storage
• Cloud Storage
• Data Centers
• AI Infrastructure
• Enterprise Digital Transformation
• System Integration
• IT Solutions

·    Excellent communication and presentation skills in English, both written and spoken.

·    Able to prepare professional business presentations, proposals, and market analysis documents in English.

·    Ability to explain technical concepts in a business-oriented manner.

·    Strong analytical thinking, negotiation, and relationship management skills.

·    Self-driven, proactive, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.

·    Experience in startup environments, market expansion, or new business development is an advantage.

·    Ability to communicate in Indonesian and Chinese is an advantage.

·    Having existing networks with enterprise clients, government institutions, cloud providers, data centers, or system integrators is preferred.Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.

·    Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work under pressure.

·    Good communication skills and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

·    Able to communicate in English both written and spoken.
