We're looking for an experienced operations professional to manage and enhance a benchmark/index platform.
What you'll do
- Manage daily benchmark/index operations, ensuring timely and accurate calculations and publication.
- Maintain strong data quality, controls and governance.
- Investigate and resolve data and operational issues.
- Drive automation, process improvements and platform enhancements.
- Partner with technology, data and business teams to deliver strategic initiatives.
- Support stakeholders on benchmark/index-related matters.
What we're looking for
- 5-10 years experience in index, benchmark, market data or investment operations.
- Strong understanding of financial markets and investment products.
- Experience with Bloomberg, MSCI, Refinitiv, S&P, Markit or similar data providers.
- Python, SQL or Tableau experience is an advantage.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
- Passion for improving processes through automation and AI.
