You will be part of the team that is responsible for ensuring regulatory compliance of the consumer banking business, covering areas such as market conduct risk management and cross-border compliance matters.

Key responsibilities will include:

. Assisting with the assessment of CMFAS exemptions and fit-and-proper assessments for the recruitment of sales staff.

. Assisting with the internal stakeholder disseminations and compliance with regulatory updates.

. Preparing for and executing the annual recertification exercise for 2027

. Assisting with the biennial reviews for country-specific cross-border marketing guidelines

. Contributing to projects for process enhancement and framework clarity.

. Contributing to risk-related projects, initiatives, and continuous improvement activities as required.
