Our client is a leading travel tech company. As a Market Associate, you will play a crucial role in the retention, growth, and optimization of partner entrepreneurs and rising partners in your assigned territory. This is a 12 month contract role.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage a book of business consisting of partners and rising partners, ensuring their retention, growth, and optimization on company platform.
- Conduct one-on-one optimization and onboarding conversations, providing strategic recommendations on pricing, availability, and listing quality.
- Secure availability over high compression dates, ensuring hosts maximize their revenue potential.
- Educate hosts on product updates and policy changes, while channeling their feedback to internal teams.
- Respond to partner inquiries and provide timely, high-quality support to improve their experience on the platform.
- Analyze performance data to identify trends and take action on opportunities that drive increased bookings and host success.
- Develop long-lasting relationships with hosts, ensuring they receive ongoing support tailored to their needs.
Job Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in new sales, account management, or partner support from technology, e-commerce industry.
- 2+ years of travel industry experience (nice to have).
- Proven experience working a book of business, driving engagement and growth through proactive account management.
- Strong time management and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple accounts effectively.
- Highly goal-driven, with a strong bias for action and persistence in the face of challenges.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage effectively via phone, email, and in-person.
- Proficiency in CRM tools, particularly working with leads and opportunities (Salesforce experience is a plus).
- Fluency in English and Mandarin to liaise with Chinese stakeholders.
